Infolio is a clever little (free) app that helps you manage meetings and it's worth a look for every iPad interpreter. For any given meeting, you can create a dedicated space - either from scratch or based on information in your calendar. If you keep you calendar up to date and add useful information to entries, getting started with Infolio is quick and easy: create a new meeting space, chose the calendar option, pick an event and confirm. The app will automatically carry over all the event information: date, time, location, description and participants (if those were already in your calendar event). And it will add a field for meeting notes and tasks.

Once you have created your space, you have a LOT of options for content that you can add - from notes, to-do's and images to documents from Dropbox or Google Drive, email from many providers including Gmail and Exchange to contacts from you address book or LinkedIn to notes from Evernote or just about any website.

The nice thing is that you can organise your meeting documents in a visual way with quick access to each one of them (it displays all common file formats just fine).

On top of that, Infolio has powerful tools for annotating PDF documents. Take a look:

Infolio is a really neat approach to organising meeting documents that works well for visual people like me. Give it a try and let us know how it went in the comments.
